José Rafael Ballesteros has over 20 years of experience in international brand development, export management, and global distribution. He held various leadership roles at Diplomático Rum, including Brand Ambassador and Export Manager in Spain. Since 2022, he has served as Export Manager at DUG in Panama, managing the global promotion of Canaïma Gin and Cocuy Saroche.
He holds a certificate in Agroindustrial Management from Universidad Yacambú completed executive training at INCAE Business School and also holds a Financial Accounting certificate from Harvard Business School.
